Why families stay with us
Every provider says person-centred. We built the business so you can check it: one named coordinator, a small team that stays, support work and therapy sharing one plan, and progress you can read about every month.
Already with another provider? We handle the handover and keep your supports running while you move.
Personalised Care
One coordinator who knows your whole plan, and a support plan written around your goals, routines and preferences.
Experienced Team
AHPRA-registered clinicians and screened support workers, matched to you and kept consistent week to week.
Safe and accountable
Every worker holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check and follows the NDIS Code of Conduct. You'll always know how to raise a concern.
Commitment to Inclusion
Multilingual staff, interpreters arranged at no cost, and equal dignity and community participation for people of all abilities.

Questions we hear every week
How do I know if I'm eligible for the NDIS?+
To receive funding under the NDIS, you generally need to:
- be under 65 when you first apply,
- be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or Protected Special Category Visa holder, and
- have a permanent and significant disability that affects daily life, or need early intervention to reduce future support needs.
Use our quick eligibility check, or call us and we'll talk it through.
What does the NDIS cover?+
Supports that are "reasonable and necessary" and related to your disability. They fall into three budgets: Core (daily living, community access, consumables, transport), Capacity Building (therapies like OT, speech, psychology and physio, plus support coordination and skill development) and Capital (assistive technology, home modifications and grab rails).
What if I'm not happy with my provider? Can I change?+
Yes. NDIS participants have choice and control over who provides their supports. Check the notice period in your current service agreement, then contact us. We handle the handover and keep your supports running while you move.
Can my family member keep the same support worker?+
Yes. Consistency is the whole point. You're matched with a small core team and a named backup, so a sick day doesn't mean a stranger at the door. If someone isn't the right fit, tell your coordinator and we change it without fuss.
What do you charge?+
At or below the rates in the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Exact hourly rates and support item codes are in your service agreement before anything starts, including travel and cancellation terms.
