Small changes to your home can make a big difference to your safety and independence. Our OTs assess what you need, and our home modifications team handles the rest: scope of works, quotes, NDIS paperwork and building, with one coordinator keeping you informed from assessment to handover.

Common questions
Do I need an OT assessment first?+
Yes. The NDIS needs an assessment to show the modification is reasonable and necessary. Our OTs do this as part of the process.
How long does it take?+
It depends on the size of the job and NDIS approval. Your coordinator gives you a realistic timeline at the start and keeps you updated.
Can you modify a rental property?+
Often yes, with the landlord's written consent. We can help you with the request.
