Safer showers, steps and stairs, without the wait.
Grab rails and handrails prescribed by our OTs and installed by our own team, positioned for how you actually move.
A well-placed rail is one of the simplest ways to prevent a fall. Our OTs work out exactly where rails should go for your height, your strength and how you move, and our installers fit them securely into the wall structure. Because assessment and installation happen in the same team, there's no chasing between providers.

Common questions
Do I need an assessment for a single rail?+
We recommend it. A rail in the wrong spot can be less safe than no rail. Our OT assessment makes sure it's right for you.
Will the rails hold my weight?+
Rails are fixed into the wall structure or suitable reinforcement, not just plasterboard, and installed to meet the relevant Australian Standards.
I rent. Can I still get rails?+
Usually yes, with your landlord's written consent. We can help you ask.
