The same familiar face, helping with everyday life.
Support workers who help with the day-to-day and build your independence along the way, from a small team that stays.
Support work is the backbone of most NDIS plans. It covers the everyday things: getting ready in the morning, cooking, getting out into the community, getting to appointments, and learning the skills to do more of it yourself. We match you with a small core team of two or three workers and a named backup, and brief every one of them on your routines and goals before their first shift.

How it works
Your coordinator learns your routines, goals, what works and what doesn't.
We match two or three workers to you, plus a named backup, and you meet them first.
Every shift is logged against your goals and rolled into your monthly progress note.
Common questions
Can I choose my support worker?+
Yes. You meet your workers before they start, and if a match isn't right you tell your coordinator and we change it. Consistency matters, so we keep your team small and steady.
What happens if my worker is sick?+
Your named backup covers the shift. They already know you, your routines and your goals, so you never have a stranger at the door without warning.
Can my support worker drive me places?+
Yes, where it's part of your plan. Travel with a worker is claimed as activity-based transport under the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, and we'll show you the rate in your service agreement.
